The problem
A retail unit had leaked for years. A previous “repair” was felt held down with bricks and domestic-grade sealant, and the roof had no proper fall — so water pooled and soaked straight through.
What we did
We stripped it back, built proper drainage falls with lightweight screed, and installed a professional GRP fibreglass system with generously sized drainage.

A Victorian house re-pointed the way it was built
The problem
The mortar across this North Oxford Victorian had broken down — joints raked out by years of weather, damp working into the brick, a mossy extension roof, a failing fascia and a chimney whose flaunching had had its day.
What we did
We re-pointed the whole house — front elevation and gable end included — in breathable lime mortar matched to the original brick, then put the roofline right: ridge re-pointing, a new lower fascia, gutters cleared and the chimney re-pointed with fresh flaunching.
The outcome
The brickwork can breathe and shed water properly again, the roofline and chimney are sound, and the whole property is weatherproofed for the long term — one coordinated job at a fixed, itemised price.
