Quotes
Quotes are free and provided in writing after a survey. A quote is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work beyond the quoted scope is agreed and priced with you before it begins.
Workmanship guarantee
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 10 years from completion. The guarantee covers defects in the work we carried out; it does not cover damage caused by storms, accidents, alterations by others, or lack of maintenance.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on each quote. For larger projects we may agree staged payments tied to progress. We never ask for full payment up front.
Cancellations
You may cancel scheduled non-emergency work without charge by giving us at least 48 hours notice. For materials already ordered specifically for your job, we may pass on costs we cannot recover.
Insurance
We hold public liability insurance of £5 million. Details are available on request.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our work, contact us using the details below and we will put it right. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
