Who these terms are with
These website terms are provided by Oxford Roof Ltd (company number 15287364), trading as Oxford Roof Masters. The company was incorporated in England and Wales on 15 November 2023 and its registered office is 29 Mill Lane, Marston, Oxford, England, OX3 0QB. Oxford Roof Ltd is the party carrying out paid roofing work unless a written quotation or contract expressly identifies another contracting party. Our handling of personal information is explained in the privacy and cookie notice.
Website and claim workspace
The website and claim workspace provide general information and tools to organise evidence. They do not provide legal or insurance advice, submit a claim to an insurer, decide coverage or guarantee that an insurer will accept a claim. You remain responsible for checking deadlines, policy terms and anything sent to your insurer.
Claim accounts and sharing
Keep your sign-in details secure and provide information you are entitled to use. Claim records remain private to your account unless you use a sharing or request feature. If you share a claim with Oxford Roof Masters, you authorise us to view and use the shared information to respond to that request, quote or carry out agreed work.
Quotes
Quotes are free and provided in writing after a survey. A quote is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work beyond the quoted scope is agreed and priced with you before it begins.
Warranties and guarantees
Any warranty or guarantee that applies to a job will be set out in the written quotation or contract for that work, including its scope, duration and exclusions. Website copy does not create a separate guarantee.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on each quote. For larger projects we may agree staged payments tied to progress. We never ask for full payment up front.
Cancellations
You may cancel scheduled non-emergency work without charge by giving us at least 48 hours notice. For materials already ordered specifically for your job, we may pass on costs we cannot recover.
Insurance documents
Before instructing work, ask us for the current insurance documents you require and review the policyholder, cover, limits and dates. No insurance level is represented by these website terms.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our work, contact us using the details below and we will put it right. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
